A Caregiver's
Workshop was developed to
help families form good partnerships with the doctor to get the
best care possible for the person with dementia. People who attend
this valuable 2-hour workshop will receive the Working with
Your Doctor When You Suspect Memory Problems brochure and a
Workshop Kit, which includes
strategies to use at the doctor's office, helpful forms to keep
track of the patient's symptoms, medications and progress, and more.
A video shows how these strategies can be put into action in the
doctor's office.
